Tombs H/H'd
Yes, I know that Tombs has been H/H'd before using bonder hero, but I always felt that was cheesy, so I wanted to do it the right way: straight up.
I assembled a team with a hybrid monk, a flashbot ele, a curse necro and I myself a warrior with You Move Like A Dwarf as most important spell. Zaishen healers, a zaishen mage and a zaishen archer. Tactic: I scout ahead and attract aggro, the H/H's kill them. If anything needs to be interrupted I interrupt.
It worked well. I pretty quickly got to Halls, and...
A little pulling and tanking later:
And to the victor, the plentiful spoils:
Yay. All that and I got a white non-max raven staff.
Well, it's done; I doubt I'll do it again any time soon.

Two hours sounds about right. It's hard to tell because I went AFK for dinner and to watch TV and then resumed.
The only real problem is avoiding having the Grasps kill your squishies. I scouted ahead and drew aggro/triggered popups, then retreated so my H/H's were just outside my aggro bubble. They'd then run in and heal me and attack the mobs, without getting attacked themselves. Also when I saw a grasp trying to get past I'd cripple it with YMLaD!. A couple of times grasps got past me, but the flashbot ele took care of them.
Wrt Chaos Wurms I'd park the H/H's in a safe location but as close to the wurm as possible, then run in and trigger the popups, then pull the popups and kill them. Only when there were no more nasty surprises would I run in and kill the wurms.
Target terrorwebs first, at least until you've interrupted or made them waste their meteor shower. H/H's don't have the brains to move out of the AoE and a meteor shower can wipe the team.
Other than that it was just a case of being thorough, pulling, and avoiding surprise popups. The only times I got killed was when I was trying to pull and a Grasp crippled me while I was far from the henches. But that's what the hero with rebirth is for.
Consumables: I used a candy cane when I had been careless while pulling and accumulated 39% dp.
And no, I didn't get any ecto or any other worthwhile drop. A purple shield which I merched for the princely sum of 130 gold was the best drop.

You can also H/H it with 1 minion master (MoM, Olias or Livia), 1 SF and one Splinter Weapon/Barrage or order necro + you as R/Rt splinter (of course rangers use pets - more tanks is better) + monk and ele henches.
Oh, and Minion Master has Barbs and Mark of Pain. Barbs + wurm, MoP + bosses/a lot of mobs.

Yeah, I know people are using that, but I couldn't get the R/Rt splinter-barrage-pet build to work. I got as far as the Courtyard with it, but sooner or later grasps would kill or interrupt the MM and then it all went south. Also the minions had a tendency to attract adds.
I think what made the biggest difference was the blindbot; he kept the Grasps from killing the backline.

Because you have to lure mobs on the minions using a flatbow, while rest of your team stands behind and heals you/necro until aggro is set.
But I already cleared Tombs twice with my build. It's just not that good - 2,5 hours for crappy greens...

Grats on the accomplishment!
I did it too almost a year ago on my paragon, with 2 b/p heroes and MM, then 2 monks and 2 fire ele henchies. It was JoeKnowMo's team build.

One thing I've always wanted to do was do this h&h, but me with some build that could solo the darknesses and get all their drops. Probably echo shadow form sin, but with all the changes to the related skills since I used to 2 man this, I have no idea what the precise build is now.
Anyways, I'd bet the sab minion bomber + n/rt healer would be great there.

Cool, I h/h tombs all the time with a guildmate in HM. The pugs there are really beyond stupid and I like playing there. Actually most of my heroes are equipped with tomb greens, o it served its purpose pretty well. I use an SS/MoP necro, some rangers, a 'stand your ground' para and 2 N/Rt healers.
